If not they could easily be added using the 66/67/68 add on harness. Should show in a 65 manual if you have one as a separate harness in electrical.

For some of those years the 4 ways may have been an option. Plug and play if you have the switch and add on harness. The 67 D300 I have does not have 4 ways.

my 64 did not come with 4-ways but it did come with a fuse block.
