Guages, GUages, guages

Post by SwampRat »

:banghead I am have the darnedest time dealing with my guages and getting the to work. (they do work as always) Everytime I hook them up and put the fuse back they go from their neutral position all the way to max and blow the 10 amp fuse. This is off a fresh rewire with a universal kit from Painless Performance. If there is anyone in the biloxi, ms area who can by and help me get those guages to work right please let me know. :banghead

Do you have a DVM of any kind? Which gauges are effected? Probably not the mechanically operated ones?

Sorry to hear your painless kit has become painful!

This is one of the top electrical questions on the forum.
Regulator is in the fuel gauge, somwhere along the way you've likely bypassed it.
