need 383 timing specs

Wiring, lights, heater controls, anything electrical..

need 383 timing specs

I need the point gap, plug gap, and timing spec if anybody has a book handy. The 68 decided to puke oil past the dist bushings and soak the points, Im dropping in a spare dist with new parts.
