16x10 blackspokes

Post by Jonte »

I´ve found a set of 16x10" 8-lug blackspokes cheap, what size tires would be good on a my D200 with those rims. Are 285-75-16 to skinny for a 10" wide rim??

Be aware of the back-spacing on these wheels. You
could wind up with rubbing issues.

you wont get a 10 up front without rubbing, been there and tryed that. :Thumbsup your tire choice should be ideal for the 10's, but id reserve them for out back. and like john said, check the back space close. hate to see you spend the cash on something that wont work. go much more then 4" up front and youll rub the steering arm in a turn.

When I bought the truck it had 16,5x9,75" silverspokes, with 33x12,5x16,5 tires. It worked ok, but maybe the terrible sound it made sometimes when I turned was the rubbing

I thought I´d go a little smaller this time + 16,5" tires are virtualy impossible to find in Sweden/Europe.
