1966 Wheel Hub

Hello - I'm new here but had a question about the wheel hubs on a 1966 Dodge D100 (318 5.2, 4 speed).

One of the wheel hubs was replaced with a hub that isn't original but seemed to fit? How interchangeable are the truck wheel hubs and for what years?

I'm trying to line up a new hub in a junk yard or craigslist. Any help would be much appreciated!

Front wheel?
61-68 are probably all interchangeable. Haven't looked at 69-71 close enough to know.....maybe.
If it bolts on, bearings and drum fit and drum lines up with backing plate and shoes, then it is good to go. "Looks" don't matter.
