Is the frame for a 67 the same as a 70 d200 camper specials

The frames changed in 1969. :study
This is when the hydraulic clutch was replaced
by the mechanical clutch which meant significant
changes in the transmission frame cross member. :salut

Probably not a significant change to you if you're running an automatic as the bracket for the shift cable at the transmission end on a 67 bolts to a boss on the transmission. The factory did add two crossmembers specific to the automatic, but they are bolt in, and should be easy to move into the rails of the later chassis if they are not already there. Wheelbase and frame length are the same late 65 to 71 (actually 93) relative to the box length.
