Square body chevy parts for cheaper/reliable power steering / springs / cross over steering ?

Truck is a 1968 dodge power wagon 4x4 8lug sweptline shorty . Has the factory i6 , transfer case was robbed years ago . Considering how easy it would be to use chevy spring shackles front & rear , leaf springs (lifted) front and rear from the 73-87 (91 for 1 ton / blazers) , 2wd power steering box from a 78 chevy 1 ton , and a dana 60 from an 82 crew cab chevy that was rolled and frame twisted . The rear 68 dana 60 is more ideal then the 14 bolt for clearance . The dana 60 I figure should fit ( I installed a 89 dodge 2500 dana 60 in a 78 chevy ) power steering should be an easy drill and mount ( look into ORD frame repair/reinforcement kit for 73-87 chevy ) bds drop pitman arm (4"- 6" or 8" - 10" lifts) , passenger side dana 60 arm with drag link ( or high steer cross over ) 10" - 12" leaf lift
