Power brakes

Hello everyone. I just picked up a 1970 D200. Im having trouble with the brake system. I replaced everything accept the booster because I can find one anywhere. Anyway the brakes still to not be working properly other than the booster. Any suggestions?

More details on what exactly is or is not working would help.
1965 Dodge D200, 318 4-speed converted to 4x4 with NV4500 trans
