What size fittings for brake system?

I plan on rebuilding the entire brake system on my 1969 W200. It sat for 27 years and I'd feel much better replacing everything to do with the brakes.

Everything seems pretty straight forward, but was just wondering if anyone could give me a head start one what size fittings to purchase? I bought a coil of 3/16" brake line to make my own, but I don't want to make 50 trips to the parts store for fittings.

I browsed Rock Auto looking for size listings on various parts, but I'm not sure of the accuracy there.

What I have so far is as follows,

Master Cylinder (Manual brakes)
1x 9/16"-18
1x 1/2"-20

Front Wheel Cylinders
7/16"-20

Rear Wheel Cylinders
7/16"-24 (Seems weird that it's different than the fronts?)

Rear brake hose
3/8"-?

I'm not sure what the sizes are where the front brake lines meet up with the rubber brake hoses, the sizes of the fittings for the junction block at the front driver side frame rail, and the fittings for the rear axle junction block. The Rock Auto listing for the rear brake hose lists the male side of the line as 7/16", so it's possible it's the same for all 3 female ports.

All the 7/16" fittings I've seen are 20 threads per inch. If I recall correctly, the 3/16" tube fittings going into hoses are 3/8-24. There are both on the '69, particularly on the distribution block. I have a '69 and can take a look on Monday.

The "distribution block" (incorrect term) at the front left is actually a brake safety switch that lights up the red "brake" indicator on the dash if there is a failure in the front or rear brake circuits.

Knew that, but I've seen it formally called what I termed it elsewhere and continued the practice out of respect for convention.
