Can someone please let me know if these are what the stock rear brake drums look like on a 1962 D100? I ordered the RA ones and they don't fit. Too wide. Everywhere else I have looked its the same part number I already ordered and know that they are wrong. Now I'm wondering if they have been swapped out to something else in the past. The shoes I got from RA seem to be right but the drums they have end up contacting the dust plate on the back before they are fully seated on the axle. Any help I could get would be great.

That is the correct drum for a 62. I just got an email this morning from someone looking for this drum. Might have been you.

You can convert your axle to use later drums.

Thank you for the confirmation. Probably was me. I've been desperately searching trying to get this truck going. The guy I bought it from was less than honest with me about it's drivability. And I've already wasted enough money buying incorrect parts.

Excellent info in that link. Be a good future project if I don't just go full discs next time around. At this point I'm only a drum away from finished with the brakes. I've done everything else from the master south. Couldn't have gotten this far without the info from the people on this forum.
