There appears to be a cutoff at 1968 and earlier for rear brake drums on the D/W200 trucks.
69+ is easy to get. What is the difference between 1969+ and pre-1969 rear brake drums?
They both appear to be 12-1/8 X 2. Is it at the hub? I know that '68- drums had lugs swaged on. I don't recall that being true on my '69.
Having both, I may just take off a 1969 drum to see what it might be but thought I'd ask first.

Re: Pre-1969 Brake Drums
on my 69 W200 the drums are swaged on. I had to replace the left side front, and got one from the bone yard. they had to beat it off with a sledge hammer, so now when I work on the brakes the left side just slides off, and the right I have to remove the hub to get to the nuts holding the drum on. either side works properly, so no big deal.
