Re: Need new tires what works best looking for old skool look
It's all just a matter of opinion. I currently have white letter tires on my truck because I think it gives it a sportier look. My truck has had white walls in the 70's and 80's, and it has had black walls as well. At one time it even had some mud type tires on the back and normal street tires on the front.
I'd say, it's your truck, do what you want with it. If you want a really old school look, look at Coker tires and get some wide whites on there.

I run Black Michelin's 235/75R15 and they look a bit more squared for an omage to Polyglass.....

I was thinking old school look also. But when I looked around and saw most have black side out, and that the white letters get dirty pretty quick. I CV those the black.
