Hi Folks,
I have a 68 D100 Utiline that is now slowly working its way back together from the frame up. I have a 67 D100 for parts. Both trucks came with what appear to be white spare tire mounts under the bed. I'm about to paint mine and am now wondering what color it is supposed to be. I want to get my truck back to stock as much as I can. Can anyone clue me in-should it be black or white or...?
Thanks

All 20 of mine look like rust, even in 1978 on the first truck (70 W200) I bought.

Yeah, mine too for the most part. It is probably a tough life down there. Still, I can see that each was either a white or beige previously.

Would you post a picture of one? My 65 D100 didn't have one and I would like to see what I need. Thanks.
