W200 Leaf spring bushings ('65)

Post by wyota884 »

I'm in the process of installing all new suspension bushings, and I wanted to make a list of all dimensions for reference.

Front leaf springs use x2 rubber bushings with a inner sleeve.
Inner sleeve ID- 1/2"
Inner sleeve width- 2-7/8"
Outer sleeve OD- 1"
Outer sleeve width- 2-1/2"
Front leaf spring upper shackle mount is a brass bushing.
ID- 3/4"
OD- 7/8"

The rear mounting bolt for the front leaf spring is 4" long.

Rear leaf springs use the same rubber bushings for the spring and the shackle
Inner sleeve ID- 3/4"
Inner sleeve width- 2-7/8"
Outer sleeve OD- 1-1/2"
Outer sleeve width- 2-1/2
Same as the front, the rear bolts are 4" long
