I need help

Hi gang, I know its hard to find parts for our trucks, especially brakes, but who could you recommend best source of brake parts for the W300s years 1962 thru 1968? I need drums, wheels cylinders or rebuild kits and linings.
A tall order but all four corners need rebuilding so my truck is going nowhere. I know the rear drums are impossible to get. But this forum and the Power Wagon Forum is the only place to turn to that I could think of. Thank you in advance..Here is my truck. The axles don't have markings(except the 4.88 tags) but they appear to be Dana 70s.Some of you are familiar with it already. I'm bummed. But its to be expected from a truck thats been sitting for 25 years. The 361 purrs like a kitten and the gears and 4wd work fine. So does the winch.

Here are some pictures of the mighty Chrysler 361 truck engine. More torque than the 383. It was cool to see radiator hoses going into and out of the intake manifold.

A fellow member [PFury369] has a '70 W300 and did
a front disc conversion. Perhaps you could talk with
him about it. If you could find a nice '69-'71 vintage
[or even a bit later?... :thinking ] dually rear axle, you
could convert and not have to worry about unobtainable
brake parts. :idea :2cents Hopefully, some others
will chime in on this for you. :Thumbsup

There are no new 6 lug (14") W300 front drums available anywhere!

What about 16"? And I'll just bet there are a few used ones that could be turned 300 miles north of me.

Front W300 drums are only 14" x 2". I have no spares and those on my 62 are so worn that I had the shoes relined with 3/8" material instead of the std 1/4". At least it stops now, til it doesn't....

I don't think I have seen a W300 with a 361 (or a 383 for that matter). Thanks for the pictures. That looks like a cool truck to have.

I don't think everyone who is interested here has seen everything with this truck. Everyone has a theory and for the most part everyone has been right. But Fargo did what they needed to do and that was send the trucks to the Warren truck heavy duty plant. This was my great father's truck ordered in Calgary. I had to keep it away from the crusher which was my extended family in Montana was planning to do.
If I was a rich man I would love to fly (I know flying sucks) those who are interested to my house. This truck sticks out like a sore thumb. Have a SoCal BBQ with coolers full of beer so you could all see this truck. I guarantee there are things that you have not seen before. Whether it's jokes or admiration or offers to buy it I wouldn't care. I have already have 6 offers to buy it and it doesn't even have brakes yet. But I'm a week away from that and I'm excited. You all have been so gracious with your input and speculations. You have asked many questions I can't answer many of them but you have unselfishly gave me more information I could have asked for. And avoided making costly mistakes.
Once its registered I'll make a video of a walk around then drive it around with my GoPro which I don't know how to work.
I was astounded at the size of the front Dana 70 brake/hub assembly.
I have sourced everything and have two guys that understand these axles.
More later. But thank you for everything. You know who you are. Even if I own a Fargo.
