My brake m/c is leaking, and my power booster also appears to be leaking (won't hold vacuum when tested with a hand pump) so I thought I'd replace them. I wanted to confirm, however, that these are factory '67 parts and not sourced from a later vehicle. Can anyone confirm that this is a factory '67 power booster?

I also found it strange that the truck has what looks like a proportioning valve, when it is still has drums on all 4 corners? Or is this just a block to couple the chassis brake lines to the m/c brake lines? Is it factory?

Its not a proportioning valve. That is a common misconception. Its a brake safety switch that senses pressure differential between the front and rear circuits and illuminates the red light on the dash indicating a system problem.
