I found a disc brake kit for my 64 D200, I got it from Roger at AAJ Brakes and am very happy with it. The improvement is huge.

The rotor, bearing and caliper interchange is 82 Chevy 3/4 ton. I will try and get some photos in the next week or so. I've also been bugging Roger to post some stuff as well. Again I am very pleased, it made the truck much more practical and safe.

Yes, pictures and a short write up of the job would be greatly appreciated.
My Dad and I will be converting to front discs on a 69 D200 and would be grateful for any additional input you can give.

Here's a pic of my AAJ Install. Mine is a crew cab so the axle is a 3800lb usually found in D300 huge difference in drivability. I also did a power booster from pirate jack.
