Motorhome axle with Discs

Post by slick »

Saw this motorhome disc brake axle pop up on Craigslist today. I was searching the forum and saw some old posts about this topic. Guys said it would work on the D300. My question is would it work on a D200? Are the front rotors/hubs all one piece or do they have spacers on them that might be removable? My crewcab has the lighter duty axle, but my other crewcab has the heavier duty axle that looks similar to this one. Thanks

Slick that thing looks massive. I'm wondering if wheels/hubs are the 1+ ton type. Also, what's up with the curve in the axle....maybe to clear the oil pan? Craig

That definitely looks like 1 ton spindles and steering arms. If your close to it offer him a Hundo and grab it. Even if you don't end up using it I'm sure you could resell it

I was hoping I could just use the brackets and calipers. I think it will work..
