Tried the search function, to no avail. Can I use the springs from a 1966 D100 lwb in my 67 W100? The rears on the D100 have an overload spring, and both ends have one less leaf than the W100. I have no plans on serious 4x4ing, just mainly a daily driver. Can I use the D100 springs?

Yes you can use your stock springs, but your stock springs have probably sagged some. Remember to use the spacer blocks in the rear. If you want it to set higher you'll want to replace the springs with eaton, or skyjacker

I did further investigating, the rears on the W use a larger through bolt on the spring ends, so the rears don't appear that they will work. I have a different set of fronts for it that I plan on using. This truck has a door tag that says gvw of 7000 lbs, so I suspect that's the reason for the big spring packs. Maybe I'll just remove a leaf, I need to look into that.
