Factory power assist steering issue
This new D200 is a handful to keep in the road. Two of the hoses are disconnected and damage. The pump is also disconnected. The steering wheel moves side to side. I fond the issue at the control valve. Is the stud suppose to move back and forth in the sleeve? Or does it move because there isn't any fluid to pump? The steering gear box responds with the slightest movement of the steering wheel. Anybody have a clear picture of where the hoses should be connected? There isn't a diagram in the 69-71 manual. Thanks Craig

I can email pics if you like and explain where hoses go off mine. The stud moves freely back and forth with out pump on yes.
