Front Drivers Shock Modification

Post by rmansberger »

Looking at the shocks and the front drivers shock placement has been modified because it looks like they needed room for the shocks that were put on. They look a bit bigger so I can see where they cut the lower bracket off and re-positioned back so the shock would have clearance. I had my guys look at it and they don't think it is a concern but when you hit a road bump, it feels like the right side is taking a beating rather than a compression.

Does anyone have an opinion if re-positioning this shock would change the shock ability to function and would it have any effect on steering or handling?

Thanks.
