Need Help on these Plymouth Moon Caps

Although these are not Sweptline parts, they are still Chrysler and I need help with two things if anyone can identify these;

1) What exact year and model vehicle did these come from?

2) What is the value?

I only have two of them, and they do have light scratches.

Look like the 40's to me

1939 - 1940, IIRC. All Plymouth models used the same cap.
