Strock rear leaf springs?

Some one was looking at my truck recently and asking if I had installed extra springs. I wasn't sure, does this look stock?

The upper spring pack (helper springs or overload springs) are indeed stock. I took a pair from a 69 years ago and installed in my 66.

That lift block doesn't look stock.
