Cab suspension bushings 66 d100

Need to R/r cab bushings on my 66 d100. Found kit on summit racing, but not sure it will work on this year. Any suggestions?

It will work with a few simple modifications.

Rubber boat trailer roller about $10 bucks and cut your own with a hack saw.
