Just an fyi...On a D200 i had to use a 6" lift kit front spring from SkyJacker with a 3" block in the rear to get an even 3" lift overall....Simple bolt-on installation and the truck sits like the W200 now.....( Sway bar had to be removed and steering wheel re-positioned to align right again. No need for the front sway bar on this rig....It does nothing to better the handling. ...

I came across this old thread while looking for parts for my truck. When I saw the OP's location I realized that the truck in question is the one I currently own. It's now living in Seattle and is up to 76,000 original miles. Here is your pic of the lift the OP put on it.
