Air bags up front?

i was reading some posts, and i heard something about a air bag set up for the front to help with cornering. this makes alot of sense to me. but is it out there? and is it for 2 or 4 wheel drive 1\2 or 3\4 ton? id love to do this so i dont have to weld stuff onto my frame like the independent front suspension. thanks for any help!!!

its for any truck, 2wd or 4 wd they have it for every application.

would they work to help the cornering? or would they just look good? where can i get them, has anyone done this? thanks!!
