gm real wires over to my 70 D100 2 wd

Can anyone advise if I could change these over ? 5 bolt GM style, after market, wires..would look real swell on old betsy.('70 D1oo) What would be involved ? Appreciate advice. Mr. Bob

small gm is 5 on 4 3/4 pattern, your truck is 5 on 4 1/2. unless the lugs holes are slotted for universal fit, they wont work. ford cars and small trucks share our pattern, but nothing gm does.

You can buy adapters for it, but I would probably not recommend using them. Just a trust issue with me.
