questions on lifting a d200..........

Post by wideblock »

been thinking of this for a while. i dont need 4wd, but i like the tall look with big tires. so, couldnt a guy just mount w200 springs up front, and lift blocks out back, swap steering arms, and have the same stance as the 4wd with a 2wd drivetrain? make room for some 33's, possibly some 35's??? or buy the rearched sprins for a 4" lift, add the blocks and run 35-38's?? and still be 2wd.

Your front end is a drop axle, springs won't do it, they are the same I think.
A frien has mentioned a straight tube to do simular on the front
or you can do a body lift

just buy a dana 44 and transfer case and put them in,
that way you won't be stuck in the yard when you back
over the birm at your house

A pre runner Sweptine crew cab? I like it!

My understanding is and having both in the driveway is that the 2wd springs will give the 4wd 2â€
