WTF? U've been a member a year and the only post u have made is an emoticon to a TWELVE YEAR OLD THREAD?????
If the post is useless, then why do you care?
What's it to u?
Burns up board capacity and wastes the time of anyone clicking on it and expecting useful info on the topic.
FYI, devilbrad posting in this thread was the owner/builder of your truck.

That was my question. I didn't understand why you found it so bothersome.

Posting here is so slow I don't see a capacity problem. But whatever.

Oh. BTW, put the truck frame on tires today getting ready to pull the white cab and load it into the trailer. Sure wish I could find a buyer for that longbed. It's really pretty. One would save enough time in paint prep alone to be worth the purchase price and does it ever have a sexy bumper. It is however missing one of the latch strikes for the tailgate. Got one you want to lose?

I know this is an old post but I was wondering if the disk brake conversion brackets are available. I am thinking I might get rid of my front drum brakes.

Yes, we still sell them. We changed the rotor for better fitment.

not to relight the fire ... well maybe
I don't understand this whole etiquette thing about old posts
I understand the reminders about using search
but when your search finds what you're looking for and it's 10 yrs old, you're supposed to start a new thread? makes no sense.
this one is a good example. you get an understanding of some of the problems involved over the years, and it ends with the seller giving you the latest information. now, if I run across someone currently complaining about, "well, when I did it, I had [one of the old problems that has since been solved]," I will know that I can ignore his complaint.

I would tend to agree; just because an issue was had and correctly solved a dozen years ago does not make it less valid.
