Thank´s for the info digdoug, I meassured them again today and they are 48". Must have been dizzy the other day...

But now I´ve just realized that I need longer U-bolts to fit around the thicker "W"-leafs. (The leafs on my D200 are much thinner)

Great progress today, I´ve installed the new +6" W-leafs. And it looks really cool and works just right even though the kit was supposed to be for a newer Dodge truck.

Next step (to tired to do it today) is to install the rear lift with blocks and new u-bolts, and then use the original u-bolts from the back on the front-axel (the original front ones turned out to short, so now I haven´t got the bottom end of the shock´s mounted since the plate didn´t fit).

Will post some pictures later on :dance

I´ve just finnished installing the whole lift kit and it looks pretty good! (Will take photos and post)

The Skyjacker kit was for a 1970 -> w200, but all the parts fitted perfect on my '68 d200 except that I needed longer u-bolts for the front. I´m just thinking about one thing, what are the three (THREE) round u-bolts sent with the kit for? (See picture)

The square ones and the two blocks are for the raise of the rear end and the bushings and everything else for the front. (I guess new u-bolts aren´t included beacause the original ones from a 4wd should fit). But then, what are the three round ones for??? :thinking

I think the round u-bolts are for later DANA 44 front axles.

The right side of the later DANA 44 axle only takes one.
