I posted a Classic Performance Products steering swap article a long time ago. I don't recall if it was this article or not. I figured it would work without too much trouble also.

I notice they use the Toyota box, and mention it is used on Rock Crawlers.
That gives some confidence on its strength.

From looking at various pictures, the Toyota box looks like it might be easier to adapt.
As much as it would pain me to use a Toyota part, this is starting to look like a
very reasonable direction.

Yes
there has been a few people done that swap already :study save yourself some money and get them from a Toyota salvage yard, the complete setup with powersteering pump etc. Here at the Toyota yard the man quoted me $150.00
