Looking at buying my brothers 90 Cummins Dually. What's the difference in the front hubs. Is it just a spacer used for the offset wheels or is it totally different? I don't want to make my truck a dually, so I was just wondering if it's possible to put regular 8-lug wheels on it?

Might be best to hit up the Dodge dealer with that question.
seems I heard that it is a bolt on spacer. not sure though

most are bolt on spacers. measure the drum face (disc mounting face to which the spacer bolts)to drum face on front and rear axles and see how close they are to being matching widths.
