Disc Brake Reminder

Don't forget to get those lug bolts back into your hubs very securely. The word is swedge. As I found out yesterday, just pressing them in does not seem to be enough. Luckily I was able to pull over and figure out what was happening. Unluckily, I had to have it towed into a shop. I just don't have the tools to get things in right.

Hope this helps somebody.

Wow! That's interesting and too bad.

I had mine pressed in. I may have gotten them a little on the large side. They pressed in well and I've had no problems. I drive the thing in Atlanta traffic with no issues so far.

Bad luck. I hope I don't have any.

Did you reuse your old studs?
