Meaning.... TOTAL from end to end and not the
wheelbase measurement? Let me know and I'll
put a tape to a bare short wheelbase frame I
have :Thumbsup

I layed a tape to that frame and came out with
15 feet... give or take an inch or two.

Checked it again.... 15 feet almost on the nose.
Look at it this way.... 114" wheelbase measured
to axle center-lines.... add ~28" from the front
axle center-line to the end of the frame and add
~38" from the rear axle center-line to the end of
the frame :Thumbsup

Robin.... ya better check your gait! :joker :joker
I hope you haven't closed on that house yet  ....
you may have to blow out the back of the garage.
