Can a 318A's oil pump be primed with a electric drill the same way as a 318LA?

they use the same pump. the high volume part number for the LA is the bone stock poly pump

Hope so. I made a driver out of an old 5/16 hex key and a peice of 3/8" steel tubing. Got 75 psi with electric drill on my Poly.

Thanks, I got it primed and running again.
