intake manifold

Post by fosh69 »

does anyone know if there's a carburated intake manifold being made for the 4.7L engine? They have the same bell housing pattern as the LA318 I beleive, since they replaced them in the engine line-up, they may bolt right in. I think a 4.7 has a lot of potential.

4.7, bro... the OHC small block that replaced the 318. I did a google search and checked the edelbrock site, but haven't found one besides the one that 1966D100 posted.

As said before, fuel injection, or bust, the dnag thing has no distributer.
It may be possible to drive one off of a cam, but gee, a 273 has more potential................

if that's the case, you could run a crank trigger setup.
