does anyone know if there's a carburated intake manifold being made for the 4.7L engine? They have the same bell housing pattern as the LA318 I beleive, since they replaced them in the engine line-up, they may bolt right in. I think a 4.7 has a lot of potential.

4.7, bro... the OHC small block that replaced the 318. I did a google search and checked the edelbrock site, but haven't found one besides the one that 1966D100 posted.
it works out to about 286 cubuc inches. One of the guys at work was wondering about it, it was in the dakota he test drove, and spun the first 3 gears.....salesmans first day there.

tryin to turn it into a hotrod on a very limited budget.
As said before, fuel injection, or bust, the dnag thing has no distributer.
It may be possible to drive one off of a cam, but gee, a 273 has more potential................
