rear main seal

i have a 1977 360 motor that i would like to put in the truck i now have.
problem is it has a rear main seal leak, i have never really been into a motor, so what do i need to do to change the rear main seal?

dozer , if you have it out & on a stand of some sort , just pull of the oil pan & the rear main seal is at the back end of the crank , one side is above the crank end & one side is in the U shape at the of the pan
