I currently have a 3 on the tree w a 225 slant 6 on a 69 d-100 I have been looking online for a 4 speed and recently came across a np435 from a 63 or 64 truck will it fit my vehicle?

No it will not. You need 69 and up standard transmissions.
My truck is younger than me.

I have that tranny available here. Might not work on the slant six 3 speed bell.... :thinking
Also have everything needed to upgrade to a 318 if you want.
