Motor mount?

Post by Easttnutiline »

Thanks for letting me join.
I pulled my slant 6 out and have my 318 ready to go in but I need motor mounts. My truck is a 69 d100 and the motor is out of a 73 winnebago brave. Is there a company who makes them or is there a place to buy them? Tha ks in advance.

The actual motor mounts are available, new, from auto parts stores. The motor mount adapters, that bolt to the engine block, are going to be what you're hunting for from a salvage yard or similar. I'd start by posting a wanted to buy (WTB) on one of the several Facebook groups specific to sweptline parts:

The Thorps specialize in sweptline parts and they a number they are salvaging. Here is a link to their web, but you'll likely need to message them about the motor mount adapters: https://www.dodgesweptlineparts.com/preview/
