Fuel tank
My stock gas tank is rotted out and needs replaced, but I don't necessarily want a tank behind my seat. I have heard that 1970 Mustang tanks fit pretty good, but not sure about the gas fill tube location. It looks like the fill tube would go straight out the back behind the license plate, just like it would on a Mustang. Anybody tried any other tanks?

Re: Fuel tank
So looking at dimensions online, an early '80s Blazer/Suburban tank should fit. 28x28x10 or so. 25 gallons, fill tube going to the right side.

The search feature, of the forum, does not function correctly. I just utilize a browser search engine and preface my search subject with "sweptline". That almost always returns a listing of all the relevant threads posted here.

Re: Fuel tank
The function works fine. You simply have to scroll down the results page until you get below all the gibberish at the top.
