Cab fuel tank gone. Good side tanks...now what

Hi. Looking for an update on fuel tank options. I've followed all the threads. Here's my situation. I have an unusual 1971 D100. We restored the side saddle tanks, but could not recover the cab tank. Want to get a setup that will allow for the gas gauge to work. Having trouble locating a cab tank. I had a double lung transplant a while ago and would like to relocate anyway. Could do under bed or in bed. Could do in cab also. My disablility has changed, so considering selling the truck, but want this sorted out before I consider options. Thanks so much. Don
