1965 D100 Panel Wagon 225 Slant Six Headers

The headers on the truck are just about rusted through and if I can do it on somewhat of a budget I'd like to replace them sooner than later.

The catch is, I can't find anything specific for a '65 Dodge Slant 6 truck. Summit and ATP both still make a regular exhaust manifold setup but I'm hoping to replace headers with headers. The truck has a lot of room along side the engine, would any Slant Six long tube header for that year fit? Or would something meant a Mopar A/B/C body possibly hug too closely and bother the starter? All my header searches have ended in parts meant for passenger cars.

Asking here before I break down and try calling some header manufacturers.

I think most slant 6 headers would fit although a slight modification may be required in some cases. I also have a 65 (was a slant 6) and bought a pair of Hooker Super Comp long-tube headers for mine. As you mentioned, there is a lot of room available.
