A318-1,-2,-3 differences

does anyone have a manual that shows all the specs for the 3 different polys? I know the -2 and 3 have hydraulic lifters and the 3 has lower compression and HD exhaust manifolds but know nothing else. I only have 1962 shop manual and it shows nuthin.
