trying to install a 5.7 or 6.1 hemi into my 69 d100

hey guys i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on how to get going on my idea of the engine swap. im debating wether to buy a 5.7 or 6.1 engine. im in houston tx and im sure i can do all the mods i just want to get a good lead on it before i get going. my original idea was to rebuild a 318 and make it fuel injected vs carburator. im not really looking for the hp,but ill take it if its there lol, i just want a better engine than my original slant 6. thanks guys and id appreciate any help i can get.
