Dana 60 Interchange?

Post by RAYMAN »

So my 1968 w-200 broke the spider gears in the rear end. It is stock 4.10 gears and never been apart. The ring gear is stamped 1968 and everything. The ring gear and pinion are un harmed but the spiders have digested themselves. My question is, I have a 1995 dana 60 from a dodge gas truck I found, Will the spiders or center section and the axle shafts fit in my stock housing to upgrade the spline count from the stock 16 to 35? I also have a stock set of spiders in another rearend but my curiosity has me.
Im old enough to know better, but young enough to do it anyway.

Well the Dana 60 really hasn't changed much over the years, but I really have no idea. All you can do is measure and try, keep us in the loop
