1970 dodge engine swap 318 to 360 motor mount help

Kind of in a bind. I bought a 360 engine out of an 86 w350 amd I misplaced the motor mount bracket on the drivers side. I have the 318 ones but I know the ears are different on the ds. Any way I could customize the 318 bracket or am I sol? Any help would be much appreciated. If I'm sol, is there any repops out there? Tried to find some and wasn't making any progress
