Considering the NP 435 AND 445 was available behind the BB 383 from 1969 to 1971. :thinking

$500 was the going rate for the last 15 yrs. $700 is a new price point. Will be legitimate if there is a buyer.

I have a 70 W100 swb, 383, 445 trans, fully operational. Was offering it for sale for $1500 at one time, but off the market now. Engine, bell, trans and 4 new BFG's are worth more than I was asking for the whole truck.

Is it the same bell on the bigger trucks? I know of at least 2 d500's with 361 engines in them. They are easier to come by than the 100-200 series.

Not the same. The mechanical clutch BB bell was only used in 69-71 100/200/300 trucks. All other years and models used the hydro clutch bell.

The 72-78 100/200/300 used the same bell as 69-71.

And yes 74-77 500 series used a mechanical bell with dual clutch fork access holes & mounts same as pre 69 hydraulic bells, but it is not the same animal.
