steering gear box

do'es anyone know if the steering box from a 68 is the same as the 69 ? my junk parts trucks is a 68 with only 77k on the clock when it was rolled & left to rust out for the past 10 years , thank's to all

I used a box from a '71 W200 on my '61 D200. They should be the same
box. I believe there were 2 types.... Saginaw is one of them [more common] and the other one slips my mind.

Thank's john,& scott, we had a lot of rain this weekend , so it will be a couple of days before I can get to pull more part off of the 68 , but now I have a replacement
