just replaced 3 spark plug boots that had holes and no matter how I turned them they would jump spark to the Headers,(I think a curse of MSD, but they still fired on time
) bought the spark plug covers and put on 2 of the worst cylinders, added 100 rpms to the idle then took it out to a road with a speed limit of 45 and straight no traffic, I have to say without the grounding of the plugs the 440 runs just a little faster, now next, upsizing the jets 2 sizes which should give me at least 1 second difference in the 1/4 mile, and may have to see if it still hooks up from a dead stop, have plenty of tread on the rear tires, so no problem
