mirror needed and wheel ?

Just bought a rough but complete '66 A100 pickup. Need a passenger side mirror. Also, I thought I saw a post that the lug nuts loosen in opposite direction on these wheels. Any help appreciated before I start torquing on them. FYI, I am located near Cincinnati, OH
